Dr. Nigel Abraham our Scientific director is a distinguished Biomedical Scientist specialising in immunology and functional medicine. As the Scientific Director and lead researcher at Omega Diagnostics, he plays a pivotal role in advancing diagnostic solutions for food allergy, intolerance, and sensitivity.

With a background in pathology from St. George’s Medical School, London, Dr. Abraham further specialised in immunology at the University of Surrey. His academic credentials include Fellowship of the Institute of Biomedical Science (FIBMS) in Haematology, an MSc in Immunology for Disease Control, and a PhD in Cellular Allergy & Allergic Mediators.

Dr. Abraham is a recognised expert in allergy and food sensitivity, with extensive postdoctoral research in chemical mediators of allergic disease and IgG-mediated inflammatory mechanisms. His contributions to the field are widely acknowledged through his research projects and scientific publications.
